As the Founder of R3 Revitalize, Katie Hindahl leads the marketplace ministry supporting our mission to plant 1 billion seeds of faith, hope, and well-being. Helping people feel more comfortable and confident sharing their Jesus story and grow in the life skills of emotional regulation, emotional resilience, and communication so they can get the most out of their human experience.
Using DISC Behavioral Assessment and nearly a decade of experience in Behavioral Science, Katie works with her clients using SMART goal frameworks and evidence-based coaching strategies, Katie delivers measurable results. Her primary DISC style—Establisher High D—means she brings directness, vision, strategic action, and big-picture problem-solving to every coaching relationship. Clients describe her as bold yet empathetic, deeply intuitive, and capable of helping them move quickly from confusion to clarity.
Katie's Jesus Story:
A native of Stillwater, Minnesota, Katie earned her Bachelor's in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse. In 2021, she pursued her long-held dream of living in the Tampa Bay, Florida, where she now resides with her husband, Craig, and their two beloved cats, Mac and Cheese.
On November 4, 2011, on her grandpa's deathbed, Katie said "Yes" to Jesus as her Lord and savior. Like the woman touching the cloak of Jesus in the Bible, her life went from ‘night’ to ‘day.’
The day after Easter Sunday in 2012, Katie faced the most critical and life-changing question.
"How may more times will I do the same things, expecting different results?" She took a mental health day and scribbled down all her needs, wants, desires, and core values in a journal. Weeping, sobbing, and terrified of what could happen. She asked and demanded that God change the waves.
GOD CHANGED THE WAVES IN EXTRAORDINARY WAYS!
Today, Katie sees the exhilarating beauty of the world! Despite the troubles of the world, transitioning from the virus, politics, news, or perceived evil. It is really simple: what you focus on matters. You can focus on your ability to respond with a positive mental attitude, or on the negative. Your life outcome will be a direct reflection of the choice you make. The fight is not against the flesh, it is against the spirit, and when God is for you. NOBODY can be against YOU!
God gave us Jesus to yoke to and guaranteed He would not forsake us!
Katie's life purpose is to share God's glory. She serves through her spiritual gift of observing human behavior to pour out love, compassion, and, sometimes, what will be perceived as your painful personal truth.
Now, 50 years young, and over 15 years of studying human behavior change, emotional intelligence, neuroplasticity, positive psychology, quantum physics, and the Bible, she is well-equipped to help you find hope during the tough times and support you in getting results God way!
