J. Michael (Coach J) Sherman is a husband, father, faith leader, and the founder of The Catalyst Global Network. With over 20 years of experience in ministry, counseling, and leadership, he helps people and organizations grow with clarity, purpose, and integrity.
His coaching combines Christian counseling, emotional wellness, and behavioral tools to make personal growth practical and effective. As a featured coach with R3Revitalize, he provides DISC assessments and custom strategies that support personal and relational development across life and leadership settings.
J. Michael is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. He holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies focused on behavioral and social sciences, has completed seminary training, and is pursuing a PhD in Human and Social Services, along with a second master’s degree in psychology.
He is the author of two books: The Ministry of Christ, alongside The Blackprint: Proven Laws for Success and continues to offer training, workshops, and coaching programs that meet people where they are.
