R3 Revitalize, a marketplace ministry based out of Palm Harbor, Florida, is in search of a passionate and driven contract Behavioral Coach to establish and grow their independent coaching practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and a certified DISC consultant with PeopleKeys (or equivalent, or willing to obtain this certification prior to commencing work). As someone who embraces Christian coaching and openly professes their love for Jesus, you will have the autonomy to build your own clientele, define your unique coaching niche, and set your own pricing structure. This role offers the flexibility of being your own boss, creating your own hours, while benefiting from a collaborative environment.

Client Acquisition and Management: Proactively build and manage your own client base as a behavioral coach through networking, marketing, and referrals. Niche Development: Identify and cultivate your specific area of coaching expertise within behavioral health, well-being, and ministry. Personalized Coaching Programs: Design and deliver individualized coaching programs tailored to clients' unique needs and goals, incorporating principles of behavioral change, well-being, and faith. DISC Assessment and Application: Utilize your expertise in DISC (or actively pursue PeopleKeys certification) to administer assessments, interpret results, and integrate insights into coaching sessions, enhancing self-awareness and improving interpersonal effectiveness. Faith Integration: You are excited to represent our company mission #1BILLION4CHRIST. As appropriate for your clientele, integrate your Christian coaching approach and values into your sessions, confidently living and professing your faith with unapologetic Biblical truth. Professional Development: Stay current with the latest research, best practices, and ethical guidelines in behavioral coaching, while maintaining your NBC-HWC certification. Administrative Tasks: Manage your own scheduling, client communication, and record-keeping. A CRM tool is available for your use.

Required: National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) certification or willingness and ability to obtain this certification within two years of starting. Required: Certified DISC Consultant with PeopleKeys (or equivalent), or willingness and ability to obtain this certification within one year of starting. Optional: Other certifications that will support your niche and credibility as a behavioral coach. Essential: A deep and personal faith in Jesus Christ, with a willingness to profess this faith openly, aligning with the values of Christian coaching. Demonstrated Ability: Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage one's own business development. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Ethical Practice: Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality as found in NBC-HWC. Entrepreneurial Spirit: A strong desire to build and grow your own coaching practice. Location: Remote, with a willingness to participate in Zoom calls for meetings in Eastern Standard Time. Proof of Contract Eligibility: Must be willing to provide an EIN and Proof of Business Insurance. You will be required to sign a contractor agreement that will not include a non-compete clause for the exception of #1BILLION4CHRIST (trademark pending). Your relationships are yours to keep, and you can terminate the agreement at any time with the commitment that you complete your committed client term.

Benefit from a collaborative and supportive environment within R3 Revitalize, where you can work alongside a seasoned behavioral coach and entrepreneur specializing in Christian coaching. You will gain access to our shared drive on Canva, as well as valuable tips, tricks, and organizational strategies. This is a contract position, allowing you the autonomy to set your own service fees and pricing structure. R3 Revitalize will handle the billing for you and pass through 70% of your cleared monthly commissions on the 1st and 15th of each month. R3 Revitalize will retain 30% of the service fees you render for management, administration, and billing. You have the potential for significant income growth based on your ability to build your clientele, establish your niche, overcome limiting beliefs, and make an impact for God’s kingdom as a certified NBC-HWC professional.
