Coach (Dr.) Erik X. A., Psy.D., MSW, MS, CCHt, is a bilingual Life Coach who has earned a masters degree in social work, a masters degree in psychology, and a doctorate in psychology. Dr. Erik has chosen to change his career path from being a therapist to a Christian Life Coach, to continue making a difference in the lives of those seeking a coaching approach to achieve their educational and professional goals.
He has over 25 years of experience serving children, adolescents, adults, and families. He earned his Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology with a forensic concentration from Albizu University and completed advanced clinical training at Miami Children’s Hospital.
He integrates coaching methods with a holistic approach. He has been featured as an expert speaker on CNN en Español, Univision, and Telemundo. Currently, he also leverages AI-enhanced coaching models to help adults, couples, and professionals achieve clarity, balance, and purpose in life and work.

Duration: 12 weeks (can be extended as needed).

Resources: Customized exercises, faith-based journaling prompts, and tools drawn from scripture, psychology, and social work.
