Coach Jennifer R., EdS, BCC, holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and brings a wealth of experience as a former educator and a 13-year military veteran, including four tours as an executive officer. She currently serves as a director, leading a staff of 66 professionals.
Throughout her career, Jennifer’s greatest fulfillment has come from using her influence to inspire positive change. Her deep passion for leadership and education naturally led her into coaching. What began as a leadership journey has since expanded into her calling: supporting growth, development, and families through neurodivergent coaching.
"This journey is not about perfection. It is about grace in the hard days, curiosity in the unknown, compassion in the struggles, and peace in God’s promises — as our children show us new ways to see the world."
As a mother of four children—two with autism and three with ADHD—and having received her own late-in-life diagnosis as an autistic adult, Jennifer brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her coaching practice.
Don't let your child's meltdowns or misunderstandings keep you from parental peace.
If you are a parent of a school-age autistic child or children (ages 2–18), feeling overwhelmed by daily challenges, and want tools to support your child while protecting your own peace this program is for you!
Becoming a Board Certified Coach has given Jennifer renewed purpose and clarity. While she is naturally results-driven, she encourages her clients to look deeper into the “why” behind their decisions. Her coaching is firmly rooted in values-based work, with the goal of helping each client move toward their brightest, most authentic future.
Through a strengths-based 12-week program, she equips families with practical tools, emotional support, and advocacy skills.
✅ Duration: 12 weeks.
✅ Sessions: One 60-minute session per week (via Zoom or Phone).
Jennifer believes that with increased self-awareness, skills, and collaboration, parents can create a more responsive and inclusive world for neurodivergent individuals. Learn tools to support in school and the community. Create clarity regarding long-term plans. Build confidence in your parenting style.
